• Docs launch: full documentation set published — guides for invoicing, payments, payouts, teams, the v1 API reference, webhooks with signature verification code, and testing.
• Fee math surfaced everywhere: the pricing calculator, docs examples, and dashboard all read the shared computeFee function (4.9% + 30¢, $1.00 minimum).
• Fee-on-refund policy documented: proportional fee refunds (refundApplicationFeePolicy: "refund_proportionally") now shown on every refund record.
• Mock test cards documented: success (4242…), declined (…0002), insufficient funds (…9995), and dispute simulation (…0259).

• Admin panel: 13 screens at /admin/* — overview KPIs, seller detail with 9 tabs, payments/payouts/disputes ledgers, revenue reports with reconciliation, risk & limits, webhooks & events, contact inbox, team & audit log, settings, and dev tools.
• **Admins now land on /admin** on login instead of the seller dashboard.
• Webhook retry pipeline: HMAC signatures, exponential-backoff retries (1m → 5m → 30m → 2h → 12h), delivery log, and "Send test event".
• Idempotency-Key support on API POST endpoints.

• Foundation (Phase 1): JSON storage engine, mock Stripe gateway, API v1 (payment-sessions, payments, refunds), jobs, and seed data.
• Seller dashboard (Phase 2): invoices with tax/discount math, payments, Charge screen, customers, payouts view, settings, and team management.
