A single per-payment fee covers everything — the dashboard, invoicing, payouts, and support. Payments are processed by Stripe; bank and identity details are collected by Stripe, not stored by Biz Invoice Pay.

  • Refunds: when you refund a payment, the fee handling follows our refund policy — see Refunds & disputes for the current rule.
  • Failed payouts are rare and usually mean wrong bank details. Fixing them is on you — double-check the account you connect in Stripe.
  • Your bank may charge its own fees for incoming transfers; that's between you and your bank.

Right now, when you refund a payment, the Biz Invoice Pay fee is refunded proportionally — a full refund returns the full fee, a half refund returns half. (Confirm: this policy can change; we'll tell you before it does.)
