Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Biz Invoice Pay, operated by CUTLARYHUB LLC. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

Biz Invoice Pay is designed for legitimate US-based small businesses to invoice customers and collect payments for lawful goods and services. Permitted uses include professional services, retail, trades, freelancing, hospitality, and other lawful commerce.

2. Prohibited Businesses & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Biz Invoice Pay. This list aligns with Stripe’s Restricted Business List:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
• Adult content, escort services, or pornography;
• Gambling, lotteries, or sweepstakes (unless licensed);
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, or explosives;
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes;
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading services;
• Money services businesses (unless licensed);
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping products;
• Cryptocurrency exchanges or initial coin offerings (ICOs);
• Any business that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Regardless of your business type, you may not:

• Use the Service for personal, family, or household purposes (consumer use);
• Process payments on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent;
• Launder money or facilitate financial crimes;
• Attempt to circumvent transaction limits or velocity controls;
• Submit false or misleading information during account setup or KYC;
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the platform;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

4. Invoice & Customer Data

You are responsible for ensuring that the customer data you enter into Biz Invoice Pay (names, emails, addresses) is accurate and collected with appropriate consent under applicable privacy laws. You may not use customer data collected through the platform for purposes unrelated to billing and payment.

5. Enforcement

CUTLARYHUB LLC reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may, without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate your account;
• Hold or reverse funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity;
• Report violations to Stripe, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities.
