This Privacy Policy describes how CUTLARYHUB LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the trade name Biz Invoice Pay, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our invoicing and payment platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), and business name.

Business & Transaction Data

We collect invoice data, customer names and emails you enter, payment amounts, transaction IDs, and payout records necessary to operate the Service.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To enable payment processing, Stripe collects identity documents, tax IDs, and bank account information directly. We do not store this information on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe under their Privacy Policy.

Usage Data

We collect IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and other technical data to operate and improve the Service and for security purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account;
• To process payments and send payouts through Stripe;
• To send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, password resets);
• To comply with legal obligations including anti-money-laundering (AML) rules;
• To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized use;
• To improve our Service and respond to support requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Stripe — payment processing, identity verification, and payouts. Stripe is a co-controller of payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (invoice notifications, password resets).
• Supabase — cloud database hosting for your account and business data, stored in the United States.
• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years afterward to comply with financial recordkeeping laws. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by applicable regulations.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements);
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Children’s Privacy
