Biz Invoice Pay started with a simple observation: the barber, the tattoo artist, and the repair shop owner all lose money to the same things — awkward payment moments, lost invoices, and fees they can't explain. Big payment companies build for big companies. We build for the shop.
Most small shops get paid the way they did twenty years ago: cash in a drawer, a card reader that charges a mystery fee, and a shoebox of receipts at tax time. The tools that do exist were designed for offices — they assume you have an accounting department, a finance team, and patience for seventeen settings screens.
Biz Invoice Pay takes the opposite approach. Send an invoice from your phone. Take a card at the counter with a QR code. See every fee, every payout, every arrival date in plain language. One rate — 4.9% + 30¢ per card payment — with no monthly fee and no setup fee. Stripe handles the money movement; we handle making it legible.
We're a small team building for small businesses, and we'd rather earn trust slowly than buy it with marketing. That's why this site labels its placeholders, states its price plainly, and tells you exactly who holds your money.
